​Jenn Ma-Pham is a licensed psychotherapist and president of Coherence Consulting (CCI). In her capacity at CCI, Jenn advises non-profit organizations and small businesses in regards to operations, training, technical assistance, professional development, strategic planning, and compliance. Jenn has worked in the public and private sector for over 16 years and also has a background in legislation, public policy, and higher education. Jenn’s interest in streamlining systems is balanced by her passion for providing psychotherapy. She is the primary psychotherapist at the American Film Institute and has a private practice in Los Angeles. Jenn is based in Los Angeles and provides services throughout Southern California.
Robert M. Itatani, Ph.D. has been an APCTC Advisory Board Member for many years. He is a retired Clinical Psychologist who worked at Rio Hondo College Psychological Services for 36 years. He also had a private practice where he provided evaluations to the Superior and Juvenile Courts. He also worked several years for the Federal Bureau of Prisons.  He is a graduate of USC where he completed his doctorate in psychology, and also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the USC Institute of Psychiatry, Law and Behavioral Science.
Jackie Dai is Supervising Attorney with the Health Consumer Center, which is part of Neighborhood Legal Services of LA County.  Prior to this position, she served different roles within disability law including Administrative Law Judge, mediator, disability rights attorney, and advocate.  She is extremely passionate about working with people with intellectual, developmental, and mental health disabilities and their families.
